Tips for using these meal plans and grocery lists:

  • know that you can swap out recipes or ingredients to suit your preferences or dietary restrictions (just also be sure to change the grocery list to reflect those swaps!)
  • add anything else to the grocery list that you might be needing (other snacks, household items like tissues or toilet paper)
  • cross anything off the grocery list that you already have at home (many of the ingredients, especially in the baking category, are things you might have at home)
  • you can plan grocery shopping for more than one week at a time, especially for more shelf-stable things like dry goods; just be careful with fresh produce, as it won't last as long
